How do you provide your services?
Services are offered virtually (via video call or phone) for adults. Sessions can be booked during weekdays in the evening hours and on weekends. Contact us to start your journey towards improved mental wellness.
What languages do you speak?
I provide services in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi.
How much do you charge for a session?
I am committed to making psychotherapy accessible and affordable for everyone. My standard fee is $150.00 for a 50 minute session. However, I offer sliding scale pricing if you are experiencing financial difficulties. Contact me for details.
Do you offer special pricing for individuals receiving social assistance (OW/ODSP)?
Absolutely. I charge $50.00 for a 50 minute session, for individuals in the Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support Program. Proof of eligibility is required. However, this services is not available for individuals in the Halton Region.
Do you provide crisis support?
No. Please note that my service does not provide emergency or crisis support. In the event of crisis, emergencies, or the need for immediate emotional support, please contact 24.7 Crisis Support Peel Dufferin 905-278-9036 or 1-888-811-2222, call 911, or go to your nearest hospital emergency room. Please note, I do not regularly check my email, nor do I respond immediately, so these methods should not be used if there is an emergency.
How is payment handled?
I accept payments through both credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) and e-transfer. For e-transfer payments 50% down-payment, is required at the time of booking and rest is billed within 24 hours after session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule an appointment. However advance notice is needed. A 50 % of session fee is charged for missed appointments, cancellations or appointment change requests with less than 24-hour
notice, unless it is due to illness or an emergency. An invoice will be sent to clients who do not show up or cancel an appointment without informing.
Can I obtain a receipt for my session?
Absolutely! Once the payment is made, receipts will be automatically sent to your email.
